CBSA has recently released their Trade Compliance Verifications update and provided new targeted verification priorities, along with the items that are carried over from previous years.
New targeted items include:
- cell phone cases
- mountings, fittings and similar articles
- stone table and counter tops
- prepared meat of swine
- live plants
- interchangeable tools
- air brakes and parts thereof
- handkerchiefs, towels and related paper products
