Enhancements to Client Portal

Buckland is dedicated to continuous improvement and as part of this commitment, we are proud to share that we have made enhancements to our Client Portal. The Client Portal is an online web portal developed by Buckland to provide customers with access to entry data and documentation. The Portal provides our customers with immediate access to documents including invoices and shipment backup 24/7 through a secure online portal. Reports can be generated and downloaded in real-time, ensuring that our customers always have visibility to their information. Upon logging into the improved Client Portal, users will note a significant change in the speed of generating both Canadian and US reports. A few highlights of this change to note:

• Processing time to generate reports takes an average of 55% less time
• Field for Entry Type has been added to the 'Canadian Daily Release Count' report
