The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is currently experiencing system issues affecting outbound communications through both EDI and the eManifest portal. Although inbound data is being received and processed, clients may not be receiving timely:

Additionally, eManifest portal users may see shipments remain in “Updating” status for extended periods.
CBSA continues to investigate, but no estimated resolution time has been provided as of this bulletin. Updates will be shared as new information becomes available.

For Highway Carriers:
- Ensure all drivers carry two printed copies of the required documentation.
- CBSA is accepting paper documentation during the outage.
- No monetary penalties will be issued for failure to transmit during the outage period or within two hours after systems resume.
