Les informamos que, derivado de las disposiciones comunicadas recientemente por las autoridades del Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (AICM) con motivo de la temporada del Mundial, se han implementado ajustes en los tiempos requeridos para la notificación de operaciones especiales bajo la modalidad Hand Carrier (HC).
A partir de esta fecha, toda operación HC deberá ser notificada a las autoridades con un mínimo de 6 horas de anticipación al arribo del pasajero, a fin de asegurar su correcta coordinación y procesamiento.
Por lo anterior, y con el objetivo de cumplir oportunamente con este nuevo requerimiento, solicitamos atentamente que la prealerta a Buckland sea enviada con al menos 8 horas de anticipación al arribo del pasajero. Esto nos permitirá contar con el tiempo necesario para validar la información recibida y gestionar la notificación correspondiente ante las autoridades.

We would like to inform you that, due to recent instructions communicated by the authorities at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM) in connection with the World Cup season, adjustments have been implemented to the required notification timelines for special operations under the Hand Carrier (HC) modality.
Effective immediately, all HC operations must be notified to the authorities at least 6 hours prior to the passenger’s arrival to ensure proper coordination and processing.
Accordingly, and to support compliance with this new requirement, we kindly ask that all pre-alerts be sent to Buckland at least 8 hours prior to the passenger’s arrival. This will allow us sufficient time to validate the information received and complete the necessary coordination with the authorities.
