CBSA Experiencing Delays

Please be aware that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is experiencing delays in processing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and portal messages. This is impacting all clients and service providers who transmit trade data using EDI. As a result of this, Buckland is presenting paper packages at the port of entry to CBSA in order to facilitate clearance. If you or your carriers are held up, please call for your subagent details.

Updates will be provided as they become available and CBSA has given no estimated time of resolution.
