Please be advised that there are significant delays in Laredo and El Paso due to severe weather conditions. Black ice has caused multiple road closures, making it difficult for personnel and trucks to reach their destinations. Roads currently closed due to ice:

• Cuatro Vientos to Loop / Saunders
• Loop / International
• Loop / McPherson
• Interstate 35 (both north and southbound lanes) until further notice
