On December 26, 2023, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced a further extension of the reinstated and COVID-related exclusions in the China Section 301 Investigation. The exclusions on more than 300 Chinese import categories were scheduled to expire on December 31, 2023, and will now be in effect through May 31, 2024.
This extension will allow for a review of the exclusions and the USTR will be collecting feedback through a public docket here.
