The US International Trade Commission has published the updates and revisions to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) for 2023. The 2023 Basic Edition of the HTS was published on December 30, 2022, and includes a list of the changes made to this version.
The Harmonized Tariff Schedule details the tariff rates and statistical categories for imported goods and is based on the International Harmonized System (HS) by the World Customs Organization (WCO).
