Important: Digital Window Maintenance and Procedures for Special Operations

January 30, 2025. In relation to the management of HC Charters and Special Operations, and in preparation for the Mexican Foreign Trade Digital Window, we request that you take the necessary precautions and anticipate compliance with Extraordinary Services submissions before 1:00 PM CST on Friday, January 31, 2025, with complete documentation and information for those shipments scheduled during the maintenance window from 02/01/2025 to 02/02/2025.

It is important to note that after this cutoff time, there will be no unified window for the submission of extraordinary services, so operations will resume starting Tuesday, February 4, within the regular Customs schedule.

Digital Window Maintenance

The Mexican Foreign Trade Digital Window (VUCEM) has issued Notice No. 3, informing that, in order to ensure the quality and stability of the services it provides, a system health reset will be carried out on its virtual and physical infrastructure.

This maintenance will last 16 hours, starting on February 1, 2025, at 8:00 PM and ending on February 2, 2025, at 12:00 PM, during which period all services and the generation of procedures on the platform will be suspended.

It should be noted that this system health reset is independent of the scheduled maintenance window for February 8, which will conclude on February 15, 2025.

For your reference, we attach “Notice No. 3” issued by VUCEM.

For any questions or assistance, our team is available to support you in the planning and management of your operations.
