October 21, 2024. We would like to inform you that the Veracruz Port Administration (ASIPONA) has issued a statement regarding a landslide at the bridge located at Km 13.5, in front of the entrance to Gate 1 of the new customs facility, due to heavy rains in recent days.
Current Situation:
- The landslide has affected road access to the new customs area, causing delays in entering the facilities.
- Authorities are working in the affected area to restore traffic flow as quickly as possible and minimize the impact on customs operations.
- Additionally, the heavy rains over the past few days have caused further delays in completing pre-inspections.
