New Client Support Email Addresses

We are pleased to announce an enhancement that has been made to better serve our clients. In order to update our naming conventions to reflect best practices and make reaching us as easy as possible, we will be shifting to using the group email addresses below for our Client Support team and will be retiring the former 'csagroup', 'csaus' and 'csamx' aliases. The new email addresses are as follows:

• clientsupportca@buckland.com - for Canadian inquiries
• clientsupportus@buckland.com - for US inquiries
• clientsupportmx@buckland.com - for Mexico inquiries

These new email addresses were active as of January 1, 2021, and the former CSA email groups are being redirected to this new system to ensure that communication isn't missed during this transition. We look forward to providing you with the best possible service with this new email format and will continue to find ways to enhance our support to best serve you.
