New Requirement: Automatic Export Notice for Certain Goods

Starting July 7, 2025, companies exporting certain goods from Mexico must obtain an Automatic Export Notice prior to customs clearance, as established in the Agreement published by the Ministry of Economy.

This requirement applies to 30 tariff classifications, including:

📌 How to Request the Automatic Export Notice

Requests must be submitted via email to:
📧 aviso.exportacion@economia.gob.mx
Email subject line: “Solicitud de Aviso” (Notice Request)

Required attachments:

✅ Excel form downloaded from SNICE (must be named FORMATO-AAE)
✅ Free-form letter per rule 1.3.5 (PDF, must be named ESCRITO LIBRE)
✅ Document proving legal representation (PDF, must be named ACREDITACION)
✅ Official ID (PDF, must be named IDENTIFICACION)

Important: The email address provided in the Excel form must match the email used to send the request.

If the request meets all requirements, an acknowledgment with a tracking number will be received within 24 hours. The Automatic Export Notice will be issued within the following 10 business days.
