The Servicio de Administración Tributaria (Tax Administration Service in Mexico) is experiencing Pedimento payment processing delays and intermittent services in both the Pago Electronico de Comercio Exterior (PECE) system as well as bank accounts.
HSBC, BBVA, Santander, Banorte and Citibank (errors: 40, 104, 229 230, 208, etc) as well as others have been experiencing this issue with the SAT bank response. Buckland recommends the use of IN Consolidate Pedimento instead of individual IN Pedimento in order to avoid potential delays at all Mexican air, land, and ocean ports.
