Feedback is important in creating change and making improvements. We want to listen to all our staff and provide as many avenues to receiving feedback and ideas as possible. Speak Straight is an anonymous tool for our employees to communicate their feedback and or concerns directly.
This form can be used:
- If you are uncomfortable providing feedback in person
- If you want to report something unsafe or unethical anonymously
- If you are not sure who to take your feedback or concern to
- If you have tried other channels but have not received an answer
- For any type of feedback you would like to share
