Mirsha Saynes, Director Trade Compliance & Consulting – LATAM, Buckland

With a professional career of more than twenty years, Mirsha has experience in both the private and public sectors, in areas such as international trade compliance, free trade agreements, and public policies. Mirsha is an Attorney, specializing in International and Customs Law. He has worked in the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (SHCP) in the Free Trade Agreements Directorate, participated in negotiations processes within the framework of ALADI and WTO, as well as in the Committee of Regulations in Foreign Trade of the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT), among other responsibilities.
He has been a speaker in national and international forums, published articles on international trade, and since 2008 has been a professor of International Business at the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN). He was recognized by the US State Department to participate in the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program focused on the US Trade Policy, and is now a member of the State Alumni Association.
Today, Mirsha is the Director of Internal Trade Compliance and Consulting for LATAM at Buckland. He is responsible for the consulting practice, IMMEX management, and trade compliance.
